With a capacity of over 1,000 residents, the Green Living Hub is developed as a modern residential complex that integrates academic spaces, daily living facilities, and green lifestyle experiences for students.
Students are allowed to use study spaces, group work areas, common lounges, a gym, cafeteria, convenience store, automated laundry station, sports zones, and greenery throughout the building. Notably, the UEH Shuttle Bus network will connect the Green Living Hub directly with inner-city campuses, ensuring effortless daily commutes.

A comprehensive place ecosystem for learning and personal growth
Beyond modern living spaces, the UEH Green Living Hub is built as an all-in-one platform for learning and personal development. Moving forward, the Academy of Technology and Design (ATD) and the UEH Language Institute (UEH-LI) will host short-term courses right inside the Hub, covering Technology, AI, Data Analytics, Foreign Languages, and Soft Skills. Many of these courses will offer full or partial tuition fees for residents, preparing them to thrive in today's dynamic job market.
Besides academics, UEH prioritizes student wellness and work-life balance. The Green Living Hub plans to offer 7 extracurricular sports programs coached by dedicated trainers, alongside physical and mental health care, networking events, workshops, and open study lounges. In addition, the Nguyen Van Linh Campus library is moving toward a 24/7 operating model to cater to flexible study schedules.
Regular cultural, sports, and skill-building activities will also be organized to foster a vibrant, connected, and enriching residential community.

The Real Home for UEH Green Citizens: Think Green, Act Green, Live Green
At the UEH Green Living Hub, green living goes beyond a slogan; it is the core value embedded in daily life. The entire model operates on 4 key pillars: Green living for the Earth (Green for Planet) - Healthy living for mind and body (Green for Yourself) - Responsible living for tomorrow (Green for Future) - Connected living for society (Green for Community).
Aiming to build a strong community of UEH Green Citizens, the Green Living Hub inspires students to adopt a responsible lifestyle through daily small actions.
A highlight of this initiative is the 10 Green Living Habits, developed from the UEH Green Campus project:
- Sort For Change - Proper waste segregation;
- Reduce For More - Carbon footprint reduction;
- Switch For Saving - Energy conservation;
- Move For Greener - Sustainable transportation;
- Respect For All - Embracing diversity;
- Live For Nature - Harmony with nature;
- Care For Better - Health and wellness care;
- Design For Everyone - Inclusive living;
- Eat For Tomorrow - Healthy, green nutrition;
- Choose For Impact - Sustainable consumption.
From recycling and saving energy to choosing eco-friendly travel and respecting diversity, every habit builds a unique "green living language" shared by all UEHers.
