After 47 years of strong development towards internationalization, constantly innovating according to market signals, meeting the country's economic development needs and contributing to human knowledge; in the new period of November 2021, an important milestone marking the transformation of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) into a Multidisciplinary and Sustainable University in the period of 2021-2025 with a vision to 2030.
UEH has pioneered the implementation of the strategy towards becoming a Multidisciplinary and Sustainable University with a model directly related to 05 pillars: (1) Education: Training Global Citizens - Sustainable Action; (2) Research: Research for the community; (3) Operation: From green campus to carbon neutrality; (4) Governance: Prioritizing sustainable development; (5) Community: Community of people who inspire art and lead change for sustainable development.
In particular, the Green Campus project is part of the UEH's Multidisciplinary and Sustainable Strategy, specifically the operational pillar of research, development and implementation of waste classification plans to build green campuses, raise awareness and change the behavior of the community inside and outside UEH. After 3 years of operation, the project has made remarkable progress and milestones. All will be presented in the UEH GREEN CAMPUS PROJECT REPORT.
